Blues Bonanza

On monday night I was invited to a blues night by my friend Michiko. Blues is not usually my kind of thing and I was a tad dubious about what it was going to be like, but it was a lot of fun. The band was Steve Gardner and Jericho Road Show and consisted of about 9 musicians and a few singers, who took it in turns. There was a banjo, a trumpet, tuba and even a guy who played the spoons - rather deftly I might add......

It was so great to be back in Tokyo and surrounded by people laughing and enjoying the music.
